Page 1 AThe cost varies depending on each client and their budget. After our meeting, I will provide a customized agreement with a written quote either on an hourly basis or a project rate. A one (1) time 50% deposit is due at the signing of the agreement. Included in the rate:Design concept through completion, consulting, two (2) revisions, illustration/image research and manipulation. Revisions beyond two (2) are billed at an hourly rate.

Page 2 AOnce our agreement has been signed and I've received all necessary elements, time frames usually range from 3-7 business days depending on the project. Since every project is different, I learn individual needs before providing an estimated start or completion date.Depending on what's involved with the revisions, turn around is normally 3-5 business days*.*Turn around timelines may vary if we're working with a third party ex: web programmer, photographer, etc.

Page 3 AWe start with a Q&A session. A detailed brief saves everyone time. It helps focus attention on the most important information you're trying to convey to your target audience. Clients are asked to provide advertisements they like; colors options they feel represent their image and any other materials that they feel will assist in the design process. The more information provided at the inception of the project will assist in reducing revisions as well as ensuring proper communication on the project. We'll go over your competition, trends in the market, what sets you apart, the history of the business, the future, the current brand, and the one aspired toward. After our initial meeting, I will begin researching elements needed for the project and design concepts for your review. If you have revisions, you must submit them via fax or email. Once I've received written approval on your artwork and final payment, I will send your art files to your printer or publication. If requested, I will provide your completed art files on a CD.File type(s) provided:For clients to preview/proof art, I provide a PDF or JPG. For printer or publications they may ask for files saved as:TIF, EPS, AI, PSD, INDD, QXP, Vector and so on. Clients will not be able to open these design files unless they own the design programs.

Page 5 ANo. Everything can be conducted over the phone, fax and/or email.We will schedule conference calls for the initial meeting and thereafter when necessary.Proofs will be submitted via email and approvals must be done via email or fax.

Page 6 AI am happy to recommend talented photographers and web programmers. Their rates would be separate from our agreement.I prefer to work with a printer of your choice. This allows you to be hands on with the print selections and may be in a more convenient location for you.
